Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items. To start a return, email us at orders@moonbelowthesun.org with your order number. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover it, though we ask you send photos of the damage. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received. Digital products are final sale.
